What applies when you use mbgasa.com and its games. Written to be read, not to scare you off.
1. Who we are
Savvas Voumellis (sole proprietorship), based in Mytilene, Lesvos, Greece, Tax ID (ΑΦΜ) 124151623, owns and operates mbgasa.com. MBGASA is the brand of the YouTube channel of the same name and of the apps offered here.

2. Accepting these terms
By using the site or its games you confirm you have read and accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site.
3. What the site offers
Free browser games, articles and information about the channel. No account, sign-up or payment is required.
The games are for entertainment. They are not gambling and involve no betting, in-app purchases or cash prizes.
4. Using the games
You get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to play the games for personal, non-commercial use, including with friends, in a classroom, or at a free event.
For commercial use (ticketed or corporate events, monetised content, embedding elsewhere) ask us for written permission first. We usually say yes.
5. What is not allowed
- Copying, republishing or distributing the code, cards or challenges as your own.
- Removing or altering marks, logos and creator credits.
- Attempts to breach, overload or mass-scrape the site.
- Using the site for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The MBGASA name and logo, texts, graphics, design, game code and card content belong to the rights holder named in section 1, unless stated otherwise.
7. Third-party material
Some in-game icons come from OpenMoji and are used under its licence (CC BY-SA 4.0); full credits ship with the games.
AI-generated images are labelled as artistic reconstructions where the scene requires it. They are not photographs or historical documentation.
8. Links and embedded content
The site links to YouTube, Instagram and other platforms. We do not control their content, terms or privacy practices. Playing an embedded video means that platform’s terms apply.
9. Contests and giveaways
If we run a contest, its specific rules are published with it and prevail over these terms for that contest. Our contests are not sponsored by or associated with YouTube, Instagram or TikTok.
10. Ads, sponsorships and affiliates
The site may in future display ads or contain affiliate links. Sponsored or commercial content is always labelled. A favourable verdict is never for sale: a sponsorship pays for production time, not for the conclusion.
11. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including games, without notice.
12. Limitation of liability
The site and games are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Minors
The content targets a general audience and is not directed at children under 15. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Episodes dealing with folklore or horror carry a suitable warning.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the last-updated date is shown at the top. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
16. Governing law
Greek law applies. The courts of Mytilene, Greece have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any more favourable consumer jurisdiction provided by law.
